In December 2012 the National Assembly also wrote net neutrality into its Electronic Communications Act, and EU-wide rules have applied since 2016. Not every service is open, though. Online games of chance need a Slovenian concession, and authorities can ask a court to order IP blocks against unlicensed gambling sites.
